Hello Ma'm, Really like your videos. I'm not sure if you would be interested in questions related to jobs that can be done from home in India. I mean more like a freelancer kind or part-time. If its ok, could you please suggest few normal jobs that can be done from home, which are offered by reliable companies? Not the ones like content creation. There are many who talk about it on youtube, but those options are mostly on the creative side.

Great advices but not all employers like to negotiate and value it, some think you don’t fully want the job and take the offer away just because you negotiated, not all cultures value offer negotiation

If HR asks you what are you salary expectations? Is it appropriate to ask them back "what is the salary range for this role" instead of giving them your exact number? Then if they say a range, you can tell them its lower or inline than what you're looking for?
